HostGenics provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS hosting, and email hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with appropriate notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Activities that may harm our network or other users
5. Payment and Billing
All services are billed in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. GST at 18% is applicable for all services as per Indian Government regulations. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
Web hosting plans come with a 100-day money-back guarantee. Domain registration fees are non-refundable. VPS and email hosting plans may have different refund policies as stated on the respective product pages.
7. Service Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party provider failures.
8. Limitation of Liability
HostGenics's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
